Shipping & returns
What if it doesn’t work for me?
We get it, not everything is a perfect match. If you're not vibing with your item, you have 7 days from delivery to message us through our contact form to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged.
Custom or sale items are final sale!
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from Tucson, AZ.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way! USPS First Class Mail usually delivers within 3–7 business days in the U.S.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer flat rate or free U.S. shipping on orders $45+.
We currently only ship within the U.S. for international destinations check out our Etsy!
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Each order is hand-made and hand-packed by me (sometimes with toddlers running around). We double check your items for quality, carefully wrap them up, and ship via USPS.
You’ll get a tracking email the moment it’s scanned in!
How can I track my order?
Check your email for a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk or shoot us an email and we’ll help you out.
What if something arrives damaged?
If anything shows up damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We know things happen, we’ll make it right pinkie promise!
